Q. I love your pictures? How can I book my wedding with Captured Emotions?
A. In order to sign you up and reserve your wedding date, all we need is a $400 retainer and a signed contract. We would love to meet you in person to sign the contract, but if you are out of town, we can do it all online if that's easier for you!

Q. What is the payment process like? When do I have to pay off my package?
A. We break out your payments into 4 separate payments throughout the time that you book your wedding until a few weeks before your wedding day. For anyone who wants to pay their balance in full when they book their wedding, we offer a Free Emotions Collage!

Q. How long will it take to see my pictures after my wedding day?
A. After your wedding day, we will post a Sneak Peek of a couple of our favorite pictures to our Facebook Fan Page within 24 hours of your wedding. That way you can tag yourself and update your Facebook Profile to your wedding picture right away! The rest of your pictures will be edited and uploaded to our online proofing site at pictage.com. It will take approximately 2-3 weeks for your pictures to be edited and uploaded.

Q. How many pictures will I get?
A. The number of pictures you get will depend on how many photographers you have and how many hours we are photographing. Most people end up with at least 600-800 pictures.

Q. I'd like to do an Engagment Session. How does that work?
A. All of our packages come with a Complimentary Engagement Session. When you book your wedding with us, we will ask you if you would like to schedule your Engagement Session soon, or if you would like to wait for any particular season. If you would like to have your Engagement Session immediately, we will contact you to schedule your session within a week of receiving your deposit.
